These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hgnice ("hgnice", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at hgnice.im and all associated services, products, games, features, and content offered by hgnice (collectively, the "Services").

1. Eligibility

You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or proof of address — before processing withdrawals or at any other point at hgnice's discretion. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. hgnice will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 2.4

Account Closure

You may request to close your hgnice account at any time by contacting support. hgnice may also close or suspend an account without prior notice where a breach of these Terms is suspected, where required to do so for legal or regulatory reasons, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to hgnice or other players.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods. hgnice accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and local bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. 3.2 Currency. All transactions on the hgnice platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Where a player deposits funds in another currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate and any associated fees are the player's responsibility.

3.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by hgnice within the timeframe specified for the chosen payment method. Processing times may be extended where account verification is pending or where a withdrawal triggers an internal review under hgnice's anti-fraud procedures.

3.5 Own Account Requirement. Players must only deposit funds from and withdraw funds to payment accounts that are registered in their own name. Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited. hgnice reserves the right to void withdrawals and return funds to the source account where this requirement is not met.

3.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. hgnice reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts after providing reasonable notice to the account holder's registered email address.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1

General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by hgnice are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, game restrictions, and validity periods. 4.2

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your hgnice account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. 4.3

Bonus Abuse

Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

hgnice reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a player's wagering requirement is in progress, the player will be given a reasonable opportunity to complete the requirement under the original stated conditions unless fraud or abuse is suspected.

5. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

5.1 Fair Play Obligation. All players using the hgnice platform are required to engage in fair and honest play at all times. hgnice employs industry-standard monitoring systems to detect irregular play patterns, suspected cheating, and abuse of the platform.

5.2 Prohibited Activities. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hgnice platform:

5.3 Consequences. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, hgnice reserves the right to permanently close the account, void all bets and bonuses, forfeit any account balance, and report the conduct to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership. All content on the hgnice platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, game software, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the website — is the property of hgnice or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited Licence. hgnice grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms. 7.4 Cap on Liability. Where hgnice is found liable to you under any theory of law, hgnice's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of your deposits to hgnice in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
